FULL VENUE DELIVERY, SET-UP, DECORATING

nEED SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER ALL YOUR DELIVERY, SET-UP, AND DECORATING?

This service will get your Glass Slipper rental items to your venue, get them set up, and then we will pick up the next morning and return. ( Same night pick up will result in additional fees) Charge is $100/hour for 2 decorators, this includes travel time. Estimated time will be charged to your original invoice with any additional time charged after pickup.

Don’t want to worry about any decorating?

This service will get you 2 decorator/designers to deliver, set up and tear down all your decorations and decor. Charge is $100/hour, this includes travel time. We will set up all your rentals from Glass Slipper as well as decor you have purchased or rented elsewhere. We can go by your direction or we can design and decorated as we go! Time will be estimated depending on travel time to venue, amount of decor and difficulty of decorating. Estimated time will be charged to your initial invoice with any additional time to be charged after pickup.

$75/hour for 2 people.    

Mileage fees will be charged at the rate of $.25/mile after travel exceeds 25 miles outside the city of Eugene.

  • We will deliver and unload all items reserved for your event, then return and pick up all items.

  • It will be the renters responsibility to have all items packed up in the provided bins prior to us picking them up or time will be charged for us packing up.

Three hours will be charged with the rental invoice before the event, any additional charges (mileage, additional hours)  will be charged at pickup.  Any over charge will be refunded. Travel time to venue from shop is part of hourly charge
